Something like Orbit Kensington, I think it is easier to use.

Well, a couple of Logitech wireless trackball, but the style is ambidextrous, as the train. If the left side is pretty SOL, but if you're clever, you might consider the style of a finger or thumb TrackMan Optical TrackMan Wheel style.
I use the Optical Trackman, and is an excellent scroll wheel. I use AutoCAD and ArcGIS Desktop applications, and is precise and smooth ... until the battery is weak ... I have to change the battery every 6 to 8 weeks. I started the batteries this weekend, which helps a little. I would like to be placed in a docking station / charger every night, like a wireless mouse.
